Beijing's Golden Autumn is here!

Spring and Summer just flew by and Beijing's golden autumn is soon coming to an end.

This year we thought we'd head to Xiangshan Hills. The most popular spot during this time of the year, we decided we'd go on a weekday to see the colours. We went in towards the end of October which was still a bit too early to see the red maple leaves. Nevertheless, the view from the top of the hill made the hike worth it.

How to get there: Subway Xijiao Line - Fragrant Hills station stops at the East gate

Tips: Book your tickets ahead of your visit via the official channel. You'll need to show your health code and tickets at the entrance. If you don't read/speak Chinese it may be difficult to get tickets on your own.
