Our Fav Restaurants in Beijing - 2013


American - Blue Frog
Burgers - Fat burger
Belgian- Morel's
Brunch - Vineyard Cafe
British - Stumble Inn (love their Fish 'n' Chips and my fav is their Club Sandwich)
Cafe- Bookworm, Maan Coffee (Waffles & Toast) , Tous le Jours (Lido)
Chinese- Kariaya Spice (Hunan) / Middle 8th (Yunnan) / South Beauty (Sichuan)
Dumplings - Baoyuan Jiaozi (for the colorful dumplings)/ Din tai fung (for the soup filled dumplings)
Greek -Athena (only tried the Buffet, which is quite worth the price); Argo @ Wudaoying Hutong (The Moussaka is a must try here)
Hotpot - Haidilao
Indian - Tadka @ Marriott Sanyuanqiao (expensive but authentic)
Italian - Assagi (Sanlitun) , Annie's  (Multiple branches)
Tex Mex- Casa Latina (currently shutdown for rennovation)
Japanese- Tairyo Teppanyaki *yet to try Hatsune
Korean - Hanna Shan (Korean BBQ yummm...)
Late nights - Bellagio
Middle eastern - Al Safir/ Rumi / Biteapita / Turkish Mum ...in that order :-)
Mediterranean - Salt @ Lido / Saffron @ Wudaoying
Pizza- Hutong Pizza  @ Houhai / Gungho Pizza in Lido
Russian - Elephant *yet to try Traktirr Pushkin
Steak - Flamme
Spanish - Carmen Tapas @ Nali Patio (not to miss the Seafood Paella and the Spanish band)
Thai- Serve The People
Tibetan - Makye Ame (Do not miss the Yonganli Branch' performances by Tibetan singers and dancers in the evening)
Vietnamese - Nuage
Just chilling out - Apothecary @ Nali Patio - just to watch them do their mixology
Desserts - Lollipop Bakery , Crepanini

We've a long list of places to try as well, will post a review once it's tried and tested :-)
