Review: Codorniu Cava Spanish Sunday Brunch at Migas

It's May and with the sudden rains temperatures dropped from 30 degrees to 10 degrees in a week!
To enjoy a weekend brunch on a rainy day (of course with an additional excuse to celebrate Mother's day) we headed to Migas at Nali Patio.
Migas was the winner of the Timeout Beijing Best Casual Dining (International) for 2014.

The brunch is divided in to many stations for salad, soup, cold cuts , desserts. Place the order for your main course when you start as that takes time to come to your table.

The salad station has some fresh raw vegetables and 3 kinds of dressing to choose from. For soup there was Octopus soup and Pumpkin soup. The Charcuterie and Coca station had a variety of cold cuts of ham, cheese and Coca a traditional flat bread topped with roasted mushrooms and bacon.

For main course we went for the Seafood paella, which was enough for us to share, so didn't go for another round of main course.

Desserts also have plenty to choose from including caramel pudding and tiramisu mousse.

The setting is nice and perfect indoors with a rustic touch for authenticity. Though the space is small and can get busy the staff attentive. Food is excellent. They also have toilets (clean toilets) inside the restaurant which is a plus when dining with a toddler.  Overall we had a great experience on a rainy Sunday.
