The weather has been pretty awesome since Spring, with more blue sky days than ever thanks to the rains.
We even had a double rainbow last Friday! Beijing at it's best!
What's better to spend the beautiful weather , than outdoors with friends. Beijing summer also means Beer gardens and alfresco dining.
We enjoyed the Beijing Craft Beer Festival that took place over the weekend and really got us in to the Summery happy mood. This annual festival is in its third year and was hosted at the Galaxy Soho. It had breweries from Mainland China and Taiwan. There were food vendors selling pub grub like burgers and pizzas. We loved the Great Leap Brewing Cheese burger that melted in our mouth! Just couldn't get enough of it. This was also a chance to get inside the Galaxy Soho to see it up and close.We were awed by it's architecture.
