Beijing Summers

Beijing Summers are hot and dry, but unusually this year we've had a lot of rain. And it's humid and smoggy on most days. When we have those sunny blue sky days we like to make the most of it. Yesterday was a perfect day to be out enjoying a picnic...
So, we packed our bags and headed to the Olympic Forest Park. We'd been there about three years ago , and wondered why we haven't gone there more often.
It's a getaway within the city, away from the noise. Quiet and Green.The entrance to the park is free and the park is really huge.
The sunflowers were in full bloom in the north side of the park, so we headed there to click some pictures and relax on the green grass.

Hoping for some more summery good days before a long Autumn/Winter....
